By booking with us, the customer acknowledges that there are inherent risks involved with vehicle operation and agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsible Use

All customers must hold a valid driver’s license and meet the minimum age requirements as stated at the time of booking. Our vehicles are not to be used for racing, off-roading, or any illegal activity. Misuse of any vehicle may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of all fees and deposits.

Windy City Exotics reserves the right to limit or deny service to any customer if there is reason to believe that misuse, unsafe driving, or policy violations may occur.

Age Requirement

All customers must be at least 21 years of age to rent or operate any vehicle from Windy City Exotics. In some cases, additional age restrictions or insurance requirements may apply based on vehicle type.

Liability

Under no circumstances shall Windy City Exotics, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our vehicles or services. By renting a vehicle, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Windy City Exotics harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liabilities of any kind arising from their operation, possession, or use of the vehicle.

Insurance and Responsibility

Customers are required to carry valid auto insurance and assume full responsibility for any damage, loss, or violation that occurs during the rental period. Any damage to the vehicle, whether due to negligence or an accident, will be the responsibility of the renter.

Reservation and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Windy City Exotics reserves the right to modify or cancel any booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances or non-compliance with our terms. Payment must be made in full before the vehicle is released.

Conduct and Compliance

Customers are expected to operate vehicles safely, comply with all traffic laws, and treat vehicles with care. Smoking, reckless driving, or unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
