Windy City Exotics offers a 90-day return window for most products. You can return items for a full refund if they do not meet quality expectations or even if you simply change your mind (as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging).

To start a return, please reply directly to your order confirmation email from hello@windycityexoticrental.com.

Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be processed once the items have been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
